Man, remember all the hype about Gamboa vs Juanma like 8 years ago but then they both started losing? They be shot fighters now son. I remember when the HBO commentators viewed Gamboa like an invincible Triple G or Kovalev.

I always liked Sosa. The dude has got heart in the ring. The way he took a beating from Loma and kept staying in there was so impressive that I actually like Sosa now.

    another FUCKING decision………….ROBBERY……

  • Reply Jonathan Wu November 28, 2017 at 3:46 pm

Gamboa’s natural reflexes are so obviously fading, he needs to work on his defensive technique so he can fight for longer

  • Reply Mario Gomez November 28, 2017 at 4:41 pm

    Cubano de mierda si perdio

  • Reply Rk November 28, 2017 at 5:36 pm

Gamboa is the definition of Cuban Boxers. They're only Good at the amateur level, but cannot live to the hype at the pro level.

  • Reply playboy007 November 28, 2017 at 9:47 pm

How do they have Gamboa being listed taller than Sosa when it’s pretty clear he was shorter? Gamboa looks to be around 5’4 if Sosa is 5’5

  • Reply oukham sayavong November 30, 2017 at 2:25 am

if sosa gave this much trouble for gamboa, but gamboa caused some trouble for Crawford, Loma would destroy them all considering how he destroyed sosa.

  • Reply JayJay Robles December 11, 2017 at 1:26 am

I didn't watch the fight. The highlights made Gamboa looked good. This will lead to some more fights next year. Maybe he'll get a shot a Loma and see if he can last the fight without quitting. But I think Gamboa got a lot of experienced this year. 4 fights. A lot of fighters fight once a year these days.

  • Reply Flexgado24 December 24, 2017 at 4:08 pm

Men a 2010 gamboa vs Lomachenko would've been explosive too bad he is out of his prime. A 126 gamboa was truly the best at the time should stayed focus instead of clubbing and drinking money and fame got the best of him now he is a c class fighter

  • Reply Jorge Oquendo January 4, 2018 at 4:38 pm

Lo tumb si ,pero con un golpe o una caida no se gana la pelea , Sosa resibirme mucho mas golpes, aumque lo haya niqueado

  • Reply Sang-fantôme January 5, 2018 at 7:43 pm

Gamboa needs to keep his guard up… and work on his damn stamina. He's fast but he punches himself out and leaves his face open to counters.

Since Gambia stepped up his game as far as challengers we see his flaws, sure he looked good against nobodies but facing tougher opponents shows us his weak chin and his low stamina and also his willing to fall.
