certified boxing trainer. On behalf of Expert Village, I want to show you some jump rope
techniques. First of all, you have to get your rhythm going. Jump, one, two…. To get
a good workout you have to come forward, come back. If I can never get started, but it’s
a simple technique. You jump rope to get your endurance up. This will keep you healthy,
keeps you fit, keeps your body temperature up and it’s a good workout to help you lose
weight and give you the stamina and endurance. So when you jump rope, it’s not the same
as running, but you get the same effect if you were running. Then if you want to get a little fancy with it…You have to keep your rhythm going.
