How to Train for Boxing : Jump Rope Training for Boxing

Hi! My name is Marvin McDowell, USA Boxing
certified boxing trainer. On behalf of Expert Village, I want to show you some jump rope
techniques. First of all, you have to get your rhythm going. Jump, one, two…. To get
a good workout you have to come forward, come back. If I can never get started, but it’s
a simple technique. You jump rope to get your endurance up. This will keep you healthy,
keeps you fit, keeps your body temperature up and it’s a good workout to help you lose
weight and give you the stamina and endurance. So when you jump rope, it’s not the same
as running, but you get the same effect if you were running. Then if you want to get a little fancy with it…You have to keep your rhythm going.
It’s a great exercise to stay fit and to lose weight. My name is Marvin McDowell, founder

    i've been wondering about this, i see a lot of fitness people's jump ropes have big thick handles. but still there's skinny-handled ropes in the fitness market. which is better? or does it make a difference?

    the thick handle ones are speed ropes with a bearing in the handle so u dont really swing the rope just kinda juke it around…a speed rope is a little harder to skip with

    I use a speed rope with 1lb. Weights in the handles it works great.

    what kind of routine would u recommend? 20 minutes ,30 minutes a day?

    after you purchase and you can start the training
    right away without wasting time and money. And
    it also includes videos and printabe workouts &
    w/ pictures too.

    Hello, have you considered this plan called the Fat Blast Furnace? (look for it on google). My mother says it helps people lose weight easily.

    me too! I always thought myself before that it
    would be possible for a small guy like me
    to dunk the rim but wow. I was ally amzed
    by the program at the site:

    It gained me about 10" in my vert in less than
    2months!

    He's in jeans and a loose ass shirt. He's also probably twice your age (I'm assuming by the low maturity level you've shown" and can most likely lay you out flat.

    That was so nice. So loose, relaxed. Talked the whole time and at the end wasn't even starting to breathe hard. Man do I have a looong ways to go.

    That's just what I liked about it. He could have easily started again, or edited the video. The fact that he didn't shows just how comfortable he is with himself and his skills, and how little he worries about what others think of him. Respect.
